Delivery

What if I'm not in when my box gets delivered? 

If you’re not available to receive your box delivery, your delivery rider will leave your box in a safe place if no instruction has been given to them. If you know you’re not going to be in then please email hello@greensforgood.co.uk to let us know, and we can add a delivery note to leave your box with a neighbour or in a specific safe place.

Can I get my box delivered on another day? 

Unfortunately, we cannot currently deliver on alternative days. We will be looking to add more days in the future.

Can I change the time of my delivery slot?

Our delivery partner Agile plans their delivery route based on postcode to minimise delivery time and to maximise energy efficiency. Because the route is based on location, it is not possible to change delivery slots or request a specific delivery time.

How do I change my delivery address? 

You can update your delivery address on your account on our website. Alternatively, you can email us directly at hello@greensforgood.co.uk

Subscriptions

How do I sign up for a box subscription?

You can sign up to a variety of different subscription options to suit your every green need. Choose from weekly, fortnightly or monthly box deliveries straight to your door. To view our subscription options head over to our shop page - www.greensforgood.co.uk/shop and select your favourite product!

Can I suspend my subscription?

If you’d like to suspend your subscription for 1-2 deliveries, then please email hello@greensforgood.co.uk what weeks/months you’d like to suspend your subscription and we will refund you accordingly, and your subscription will resume thereafter. If you’d like to stop your subscription for longer than 2 deliveries, you will have to cancel your order and sign up again when you’d like your subscription to continue.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time on your personal account or alternatively you can email us directly hello@greensforgood.co.uk

Can I change my subscription option?

You can change your subscription service at any time. However, the only way to do this is by cancelling your existing subscription and signing back up to your preferred service.

Can I pick and choose what goes into my box?

There is no option to customise what goes into your box. However, we take our time handpicking the best options to go into every box. We pride ourselves on the quality of our produce and would never send out a box of greens that we wouldn’t love to receive ourselves!

Do the box varieties change over time?

We have trialed over 20 different varieties of leafy greens and have carefully selected our 5 favourites which we grow in rotation. Sometimes you will receive different varieties of greens and as we expand and improve our farm we will be able to offer a wider variety of produce which we will ensure to keep you informed of.

What does the cost of my box go towards?

The cost of your Greens for Good box does so much more than just supply you with tasty nutritious greens. Have a look at the product descriptions to find out about the social good your box does. Working in the hospitality sector, is there an option to buy larger quantities of greens to supply demand?

We try our best to accommodate our hospitality customers and will do everything we can to supply you with enough greens for your demand. If you need larger quantities of greens then please email hello@greensforgood.co.uk to discuss your options and how we can best support your business.

Can I buy a Produce Pod or Edible Wall for individual use?

This is something we really want to provide as an organisation and we’re currently looking into moving these products onto our shop page for anyone to access. If you’re interested, then please email hello@greensforgood.co.uk to discuss further.
